Overview

You have the right to delete your Earnova account at any time. When you choose to delete your account, Earnova Technologies is committed to honouring your request promptly and transparently.

This page explains exactly what data is permanently deleted, what data may be retained for legal or financial compliance, and the timeline in which deletion takes place — in accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements and applicable data protection regulations.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your Earnova wallet balance, referral history, earned rewards, and progress on offers cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have withdrawn any pending balance before initiating deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following personal data is permanently and irreversibly removed from Earnova's active systems within 30 days of your confirmed request:

Profile Information — Your name, email address, profile photo, and any optional details you provided.
Mobile Number — Your registered phone number used for login and OTP verification.
Reward Wallet — Your earned coin/point balance, pending earnings, and wallet transaction history.
Offer & Task History — Records of offers completed, campaigns participated in, and task submissions.
Referral Data — Your referral code, people you referred, and referral bonus tracking.
Device Identifiers — Linked device tokens, push notification tokens, and session data.
In-App Communications — Support chat history and messages sent through the in-app support channel.
Preferences & Settings — Notification preferences, language settings, and personalisation data.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain categories of data are required to be retained by Earnova Technologies after account deletion. This is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial auditing, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.

All retained data is anonymised or pseudonymised wherever possible and is not used for marketing or product purposes. Access is strictly limited to authorised compliance personnel.

Financial & Tax Records
Withdrawal Records — UPI/bank transaction IDs, amounts, and timestamps for completed payouts are retained for 7 years as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST regulations.
TDS Deduction Records — Where applicable, TDS deducted on winnings or rewards is retained for tax filing purposes.
Fraud Prevention & Security
Fraud Signals — Anonymised device fingerprints or behavioural flags associated with abuse, fake accounts, or terms violations are retained for up to 3 years to prevent re-registration with fraudulent intent.
IP Logs — Limited access logs (anonymised) may be retained for security auditing for up to 90 days.
Legal Obligations
Legal Holds — If your account is subject to an active legal dispute, court order, or regulatory investigation at the time of deletion, relevant data will be retained until the matter is fully resolved.
Regulatory Requests — Data requested by law enforcement or government authorities prior to or during deletion will be preserved and disclosed as required by applicable law.
Retained data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to target you. It exists solely for compliance and legal purposes and is subject to strict internal access controls.

Deletion Timeline

Once your deletion request is confirmed, here is what happens and when:

Immediately
Your account is deactivated. You are logged out from all devices and cannot log back in. Session tokens and push notification tokens are revoked.

Within 7 Days
Deletion is confirmed via email. Your data is queued for removal from active databases and internal services.

Within 30 Days
All personal data (profile, wallet, offers, referrals, support history) is permanently deleted from Earnova's primary systems and internal dashboards.

Within 90 Days
Data is purged from encrypted backups and disaster recovery archives. Only legally mandated financial records are preserved as described above.

Changed your mind? You may cancel your deletion request within 7 days of submitting it by contacting us at support@earnova.app. After 7 days, the process cannot be reversed.
